Susan Simpson is one of our Mortgage and Protection Specialists. She previously worked as a Mortgage Advisor for an estate agency, which allowed her to develop an excellent understanding of all sides of the property market. Susan has a breadth of knowledge and is particularly adept at supporting homeowners who are looking to refinance, and helping first-time buyers secure the keys to their new home.
Away from work, Susan is a keen swimmer and cyclist – you can often find her cycling along Preston’s famous Guild Wheel – and is also partial to the odd spa day. But most of all, she enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her family.

- Susan regularly liaises with her clients about their needs and ambitions relating to property ownership or mortgage options.
- She ensures her clients remain informed and up-to-speed throughout the proceedings, adhering to what’s in their best interests at all times – from first consultation right through to getting the keys to their new property.
- She makes sure she stays abreast of all the latest industry news, products and legislation, keeping her finger on the pulse of the ever changing mortgage and protection landscape.
- Susan also uses her years of experience to support clients in finding the right insurance and protection products for them.

Vancouver: I spent time travelling round North America in my younger days.

Burgers: I am partial to a burger, hence the reason for having to burn calories in the gym!
