Danbro Financial Planning Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the Referral Scheme (“the Scheme”) offered by Danbro Financial Planning Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Scheme, referrers (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a reward, the referrer must:
- Be a client of Danbro Financial Planning Limited; and
- Provide valid contact details for both themselves and the referred individual.
To be eligible for a reward, the referred individual (referee) must:
- Engage with Danbro Financial Planning Limited for financial planning services; and
- Make their first payment to Danbro Financial Planning Limited.
How the Scheme Works
- To refer a potential new client, you must provide us with the referred individual’s name and contact details using the official Referral Form available on our website.
- Once the referred individual has made their first payment to Danbro Financial Planning Limited, the referrer will become eligible to receive the referral reward.
Referral Rewards
- The referral reward for the referrer is a £100 voucher, which can be chosen from Amazon, ASOS, or John Lewis.
- The voucher will be issued only after the referred individual has made their first payment.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Limitations
- You may refer as many individuals as you wish.
- If two or more referrers refer the same individual, the reward will be given to the referrer whose referral was received first by us.
- We are not responsible for any lost or delayed voucher deliveries resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the referrer.
Changes to the Scheme
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice. In the event the Scheme is terminated, all valid referrals made prior to termination will still be honoured.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
Data Protection
By participating in the Scheme, you consent to us using your name and the details of the referred individual for the purpose of administering the Scheme.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
